The TYR Hurricane Category 2 wetsuit has been designed for intermediate athletes who are capable open water swimmers. It is packed with state-of-the-art features that give a lift in the water and reduce drag. It is a step beyond the cat 1 wetsuits and can give you an edge on race day.

The wetsuit has been constructed with 39 Cell Yamamoto Nano SCS neoprene, which is reliable, resistant to abrasions and retains a high level of heat to keep you warm. The neoprene is comfortable and has been constructed with speed wrap panelling for an even better fit.

It boasts high-level tech at an affordable price, featuring strategically placed elevation panels that help maintain lift, along with form-fitting wrists cuffs that stop water intake and maximise the power of your stroke. It is also fitted with quick-release ankle cuffs for faster transitions and has a large range of motion for agility in the water.

All TYR Hurricane wetsuits are WTC (Ironman) / USAT legal.
